If you’re like me you carry a knife on the job every day. (Of course, if you’re like me, you carry a knife just about everywhere.) Ninety percent of the time, what my work knife ends up getting used for is opening shipping boxes and those annoying clear packs everything seems to come in nowadays. A 3 or 4 inch long utility knife is a bit large to be ideal for these tasks, but I don’t really want to carry a box cutter all day – and a box cutter is useless for other tasks I put my knife to…

Introducing the Worker. The 2 ˝ inch almost-sheepsfoot blade is perfect for package opening duty, yet the slightly raised point and solid construction make it useful for other everyday cutting tasks as well. Full length handle for better control. Full, non-tapered tang and leather sheath. Priced so that a working man can afford one, starting at $180.

Here are a couple of Workers, one in ivory Micarta and a leather sheath, and one in black linen Micarta and a Kydex neck-hanger sheath. As shown, $180 each.
